Responsibilities

• Support customer training in produce handling throughout the supply chain.
• Provide produce management support for distribution centers, including forecasting and inventory control.
• Provide technical support for packing projects, test initiatives, and new rollouts.
• Conduct ripening-room audits and publish analyses with corrective action plans.
• Step in as Lead or Support Ripener, managing inventory and achieving target color and pulp temperatures.
