What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and analyze data from cardiac implantable electronic devices
- Communicate results to facilities within specified timeframes via phone and written correspondence
- Provide technical support to customers utilizing interrogation devices for pacemakers and implantable defibrillators
- Document and report customer contacts and complaints for tracking and FDA reporting
- May train others on both technical and non-technical aspects of the role

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree
- Ability to operate a computer and work in multiple operating systems
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with reading, interpreting, and troubleshooting cardiac implantable electrical devices
- Previous experience in a cardiac-related field
- Call center or customer service experience
- Knowledge of FDA/GMP/MDR device regulations
- Remote monitoring experience with CareLink and/or CareLink Express website
