Job summary

Primoris Energy Services is seeking a Technical Services Manager to oversee and guide field engineers on large-scale natural gas power generation projects. You will manage project execution, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure compliance with industry standards while coordinating with clients and subcontractors.

The role requires a strong technical background, leadership, and the ability to travel to project sites as needed. Per diem eligibility may apply based on project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years in technical services, construction, or engineering management in power generation (natural gas).
• Strong knowledge of gas turbines, generators, balance of plant equipment, and power plant systems.
• Familiarity with industry codes, safety regulations, and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations to ensure on-time, on-budget, quality project delivery.
• Lead and develop a team of field engineers, providing resources and support.
• Provide technical leadership, troubleshoot issues, and manage RFIs with clients/subcontractors.
