Terranova Talent Solutions seeks a Technical Services Manager to direct maintenance projects across Plant 12 facilities in Mount Jackson, VA. You will lead lagoon, utilities and facilities operations, guiding maintenance staff and contractors to maximize uptime.
Ideal candidate has 15–20 years in industrial maintenance with 10+ years in management, plus CMPR. Willingness for relocation assistance may be considered for eligible candidates.

The Technical Services Manager directs, manages, and coordinates the overall maintenance projects, functions, and initiatives in Plant 12 production facilities. The incumbent will coordinate the activities and provide oversight and leadership for the lagoon, utilities, and facilities departments for the complex.

The Technical Manager is required to work both in an office environment and on the production floor. While performing the duties of this job, the associate frequently will be exposed to outside weather conditions, wet and/or humid conditions, and extreme heat and/or cold. The associate regularly works near moving mechanical parts and in high precarious places, and has to the risk of exposure to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and the risk of electrical shock. The incumbent will be exposed to loud noises from production equipment and thus will be required to wear PPE. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but may be high at times due to production and mechanical equipment noise.
