Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Quality Engineering and Technical Services leader to oversee Metrology, Microbiology, Receiving Inspection, and related laboratories. You will manage a skilled team, drive CAPAs, and ensure regulatory compliance across QMSR, ISO 13485, and MDSAP.

Lead investigations, monitor quality metrics, and partner on cross-functional projects while supporting lab expansion and operational readiness. Fluent English required.

Qualifications

• : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• : 7+ years in Quality Engineering/Technical Services within a regulated industry.
• : 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• : Knowledge of QMSR, ISO 13485, and MDSAP requirements.
• : Experience leading root cause investigations and CAPA processes.
• : Fluent English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• : Lead technical services activities across Metrology, Microbiology, Receiving Inspection, and related labs to ensure quality compliance.
• : Manage and develop a team of engineers and quality professionals, supporting talent growth and scalability.
• : Oversee investigations of complex product and process quality issues using root cause methodologies and CAPA.
• : Provide SME in microbiology, sterilization, calibrations, receiving inspection, and quality systems.
• : Monitor quality metrics and drive improvements based on data analysis.
• : Ensure compliance with QMSR, ISO 13485, and MDSAP requirements.
• : Support cross-functional projects and lab expansion while meeting timelines.
• : Serve as operational backup for the Technical Services leader.
