Patterson-UTI Drilling Company, LLC seeks a Manager, Technical Services to lead the ARC Technical Services group, including Field Service, Parts Support, Warehouse & Inventory, and the 24-hour response process. You will guide performance, coordinate resources across functions, and maintain strong customer relationships while driving continuous improvement.
The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership, and a focus on safety, service quality, and timely support for drilling equipment
Formación
- 3+ years in Technical Services, Field Service, or drilling equipment support.
- 3+ years of leadership/supervision in technical environments.
- Experience within a Quality Management System.
Responsabilidades
- Lead ARC Technical Services: Field Service, Parts Support, Warehouse & Inventory, and 24-hour support.
- Set priorities, expectations, and performance standards for teams.
- Coordinate troubleshooting and provide technical guidance to field personnel.
- Oversee RCA and reliability-improvement activities with cross-functional teams.
- Manage discipline-specific scheduling, dispatch, and customer communications.
