Palo Alto Networks is seeking a senior Professional Services leader to manage a 10–15+‑person team delivering deployment, upgrade, and security engagements across Cortex. You will drive pre‑sales, LOE estimation, and SOW creation while hitting milestones, revenue targets, and CSAT.
You’ll lead recruitment, capacity planning, and career development while collaborating with Sales to scope engagements and expand offerings. A broad security and cloud background is essential.
At Palo Alto Networks®, we’re united by a shared mission—to protect our digital way of life. We thrive at the intersection of innovation and impact, solving real-world problems with cutting-edge technology and bold thinking. In order to be the cybersecurity partner of choice, we must trailblaze the path and shape the future of our industry. Disruption, Collaboration, Execution, Integrity, and Inclusion. We weave AI into the fabric of everything we do and use it to augment the impact every individual can have. This role is remote, but distance is no barrier to impact. Our hybrid teams collaborate across geographies to solve big problems, stay close to our customers, and grow together.
Oversee a team of 10–15+ technical Professional Services Consultants and subcontractors delivering deployment, upgrade, and strategic security engagements across the Palo Alto Networks Cortex product suite. Drive business growth through pre-sales, Level of Effort (LOE) estimation, and Statement of Work (SOW) creation while maintaining project milestones, revenue targets, billable utilization, and high customer satisfaction (CSAT).
Lead daily activities for 10–15+ multi-disciplined consultants, including hiring, career development, capacity scheduling, performance management, and promotions.
Oversee end-to-end service execution across SOC operations, Endpoint protection, Threat Mitigation, Cloud Posture, Runtime, AppSec, and Automation workstreams.
Partner with Sales and Account teams to scope engagements, generate SOWs, estimate LOEs, and pitch specialized consulting and automation packages.
Build strategic client relationships, serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical or operational issues, and safeguard project timelines.
Onboard, train, and manage third-party partners and contractors to integrate external talent while enforcing internal quality standards.
Partner with the PMO on project planning, contribute to new service offering operationalization, and expand technical training content for internal teams.
For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com‑missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. We’re trailblazers that dream big, take risks, and challenge cybersecurity’s status quo.
