NTT DATA North America is seeking a ServiceNow - Technical Architect to lead advisory and hands-on implementation across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, and CSM. This remote role offers strategic roadmaps, governance, and pre‑sales collaboration, including proposal writing and SOW development.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of ServiceNow experience, strong architecture and integration skills, and experience in client workshops and pricing support.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across multiple modules.
• 3+ years or Proven track record in advisory consulting and technical delivery.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, workflows, and integrations.
• 2+ years of experience in proposal writing, SOW creation, and client presentations.
• 2+ years of demonstrated ability to lead client workshops and translate business processes into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Advisory & Strategic Consulting: Lead client engagements to assess current ServiceNow capabilities and define future-state process and platform strategies.
• Advisory & Strategic Consulting: Develop platform roadmaps aligned with business goals and technical priorities.
• Advisory & Strategic Consulting: Conduct business value assessments and recommend adoption strategies across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, and CSM.
• Advisory & Strategic Consulting: Design and implement governance models, KPIs, and process improvement frameworks.
• Advisory & Strategic Consulting: Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements, align stakeholders, and drive consensus on solution design and implementation plans.
• Advisory & Strategic Consulting: Apply deep business process knowledge to map client needs to ServiceNow capabilities and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Technical Implementation & Platform Expertise: Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, Discovery, HRSD, and more.
• Technical Implementation & Platform Expertise: Perform health scans, technical debt analysis, and platform scalability assessments.
• Technical Implementation & Platform Expertise: Manage integrations with third-party tools (e.g., Qualys, Tenable, SCCM, JAMF).
• Technical Implementation & Platform Expertise: Ensure platform conformance to best practices and licensing strategies.
• Proposal & SOW Development: Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to draft compelling proposals and SOWs for ServiceNow engagements.

Job Description: Job Title: ServiceNow - Technical Architect

Location: Remote (with occasional travel as needed).

Role Overview: NTT DATA is seeking a dynamic and experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect who combines deep technical expertise with strategic advisory capabilities. This role involves hands‑on configuration and development across all major ServiceNow modules, while also contributing to pre‑sales efforts including proposal development and crafting Statements of Work (SOWs). The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to clients, helping them maximize their ServiceNow investments through strategic roadmaps, platform governance, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Advisory & Strategic Consulting

• Lead client engagements to assess current ServiceNow capabilities and define future-state process and platform strategies.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is $100-$150/hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
