Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a passionate individual to support the installation and use of building materials in New Berlin, Wisconsin. This role focuses on providing technical service to architects and contractors, requiring 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry.

The successful candidate will handle technical inquiries, review blueprints, and conduct seminars. A high school diploma is required, along with strong communication skills and teamwork. Benefits include medical, dental, and 401k.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in construction industry.
• 2 years in technical support of a building material or product preferred.
• Fluency in 2nd language preferred.
• Physical strength to lift and carry minimum of 50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical service to architects, contractors, and distributors.
• Review architectural blueprints, details, and specifications.
• Conduct seminars for architects, distributors, contractors, and other construction professionals.
• Investigate & settle customer service & product complaints.

Technical communication and presentation abilities
