Job summary

LATICRETE International seeks a technical support professional to assist in building material selection and provide customer service within the construction industry. Candidates should have at least 3-5 years of experience in the field, including 2 years in technical support of building products.

The role includes reviewing blueprints, preparing technical documents, and conducting seminars for clients. Strong knowledge of construction materials and LATICRETE products is preferred. A high school diploma is required; a degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in construction industry.
• 2 years in technical support of a building material or product preferred.
• Physical strength to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical service to architects, contractors, and distributors.
• Review architectural blueprints to advise on material selection.
• Conduct seminars for construction professionals.
