KEMIN ANIMAL NUTRITION AND HEALTH – EMENA is seeking a: Technical Service Manager Feed Safety and Feed Processing - Middle East

Join our team as a Technical Service Manager! In this vital position, you will be the primary point of contact for all technical matters related to our Feed Safety, Feed processing and Bio-Cide product portfolio. In this position, you will serve the Middle East region.

Responsibilities

As Technical Service Manager, you'll have a wide range of responsibilities, such as:

  • Act as the technical liaison between our Sales Force in the Middle-East and customers, providing comprehensive support for Feed Safety, Feed processing and Bio-Cide products, ensuring the sales-team to be well-equipped to meet customer needs.
  • Offer direct technical support to customers and distributors. Identify, prioritize, and manage customer product and application needs, driving execution in collaboration with your counterparts or Product Manager.
  • Work closely with customer laboratory services and product application development teams to ensure projects receive all necessary technical support.
  • Translate research findings, including animal trials and field experiences, into technical and sales tools such as technical papers, success stories, and presentations. Collaborate with the Product Manager to create impactful presentations for customers, symposiums, and workshops.
  • Manage, qualify, and provide technical input for lab service requests and applied research projects, following up to evaluate the added value of initiated support and services.
  • Contribute to the preparation and execution of the marketing strategic plan.

  • Technical Expertise and experience: 3-5 years of experience in Feed Additives industry or Feed Mill.
  • Education: Animal production or Veterinary medicine or equivalent by experience.
  • Experience: Over 5 years in a business environment, with a deep understanding of the needs of nutritionists and veterinarians.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Drive: Highly motivated, with a strong sense of urgency and drive to obtain results.
  • Curiosity: Passion for growth and innovation.
