As a member of Milwaukee's End User Care Team, the Technical Service Advisor provides customer service, troubleshooting, and technical support for our products and services.

As a Milwaukee Technical Service Advisor, You Will:
  • Join a team motivated to deliver positive end-user support experiences
  • Provide exceptional customer support that increases loyalty and creates Milwaukee brand advocates
  • Identify and implement tools and processes to improve support
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide support via phone, email, and written communication for Milwaukee products and services
  • Develop reference tools and training materials for new product launches
  • Contribute to Milwaukee's internal knowledge base and external support tools
  • Maintain product, service, and procedural reference files in a shared digital library
  • Assist with inquiries related to product applications, complaints, warranty, service adjustments, quotations, and literature requests
  • Coordinate replacements, factory servicing, or other adjustments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Engage relevant personnel to address engineering and liability concerns
  • Report field difficulties and product failures to Quality Engineering
  • Collaborate with various teams to resolve customer inquiries and improve support services
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills focused on delivering excellent customer care
  • Problem-solving skills with technical and mechanical aptitude
  • Experience in mobile and software technical support and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of power tools, their operation, troubleshooting, and servicing
  • Ability to utilize CAD drawings and Service Price Lists
  • Excellent listening skills to interpret customer needs
  • Strong time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
  • Minimum of 3 years in Customer Service, Technical Support, or related fields
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%
