About the Role

This role blends 60% SEO with 40% hands-on React/Next.js development. You'll drive organic growth while independently coding, optimising and publishing website pages.

You'll also manage content marketing, analytics and multiple websites, using Claude and other AI tools to automate workflows and speed up delivery. Healthcare/YMYL experience is a plus.

We're looking for a creative, adaptable problem-solver with strong SEO and coding skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall SEO strategy.
• Own technical SEO and continuously identify and resolve issues affecting organic visibility.
• Conduct keyword research, search-intent analysis and competitor research.
• Improve organic rankings, qualified organic traffic and ultimately leads/revenue.
• Develop and execute an SEO-focused content strategy.
• Identify content gaps and opportunities and improve existing content.
• Manage and improve Google Business Profile and local search visibility where relevant.
• Monitor Google rankings, Google Search Console, GA4 and other SEO KPIs.
• Ensure analytics and tracking are correctly configured through GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM).

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content marketing and SEO content strategy.
• 5+ years of experience driving Google Search and organic ranking growth.
• 5+ years of experience with Google Analytics/GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• 5+ years of experience in keyword research and competitor analysis.
• 2+ years of experience with React and Next.js.
• 5+ years of overall experience, at Senior level.
• YouTube content promotion experience is essential.
