Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a Technical SEO Specialist with a growth marketing mindset and UX awareness to optimize website performance, improve organic visibility, and enhance user journeys. Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in Technical SEO or similar role.
• Proficient with SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, GA4.
• Experience with Webflow CMS (highly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of site structure, HTML/CSS, and on-page SEO.
• Experience analysing user behaviour, funnels, and conversions.
• Familiar with UX/UI and CRO practices.
• Strong analytical mindset, turning data into insights.
• Able to collaborate with developers and explain technical recommendations.
• Growth marketing or performance-driven background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical SEO audits (structure, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals).
• Analyse and optimise user journeys and conversion funnels to improve engagement and lead generation.
• Monitor and report on key SEO metrics (traffic, rankings, bounce rate, conversions).
• Identify and fix technical issues affecting SEO (redirects, broken links, site speed, metadata).
• Work within Webflow to implement on-page SEO improvements and optimise page structure.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to enhance UX and site performance.
• Execute growth marketing experiments (A/B testing, landing page optimisation, content improvements).
• Implement and optimise internal linking strategies and site architecture.
• Stay updated with SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
