Cypress HCM in San Jose, CA is seeking a Technical SEO specialist to support site migrations, monitor metrics, and optimize crawlability and indexation. You’ll partner with engineering, content, and analytics teams to ensure best-practice SEO across projects.

The role emphasizes backlog management, site architecture, schema markup, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, and AI-driven SEO experiments. 3–5+ years’ experience required; strong GSC, Ahrefs, and JIRA skills preferred.

Compensation:

• Pay Rate: $54.23/hour
