Job summary

Doximity seeks a Technical Senior Revenue Analyst to enforce ASC 606 in a remote role, analyze complex deals, and manage month-end revenue close and reporting. You will craft revenue policies, maintain memoranda, and drive automation to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of SaaS revenue accounting, CPA preferred, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace, with NetSuite or Salesforce experience as a plus.

• 3+ years revenue accounting in SaaS/tech or public accounting.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills; able to balance deadlines and projects.
• Proactive, accountable, and a team player.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Workspace; NetSuite or Salesforce experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ASC 606 application accuracy for complex deals and modifications.
• Complete month-end close activities: revenue recognition, journal entries, reporting.
• Maintain technical accounting memoranda and ASC 606 revenue policies.
• Prepare and analyze revenue workbooks and fluxes.
• Lead automation improvements to improve efficiency and accuracy of revenue assessments.
• Lead audit support and SOX documentation for revenue.

About the Role

Location: Remote

As a Technical Senior Revenue Analyst, you will:

• Ensure accurate, consistent application of ASC 606 through analysis of complex deals and contract modifications
• Complete all required month-end close activities including revenue recognition, journal entries, and management reporting
• Maintain technical accounting memoranda and revenue policies under ASC 606
• Prepare and assess technical revenue workbooks and analyze revenue fluxes
• Identify, evaluate, and implement automation improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of technical revenue assessments
• Lead audit support and SOX control documentation for revenue

What We’re Looking For

We’re excited to meet candidates who have many of the following qualifications:

• BA or BS in finance/accounting, CPA preferred
• 3+ years of revenue accounting experience in the SaaS/Technology industry and/or public accounting firm
• Strong analytical and written communication skills, with the ability to balance recurring deadlines and longer-term technical projects
• A proactive worker with integrity and accountability, while also being a team player
• Proficient in Excel and Google Workspace
• NetSuite or Salesforce experience is a plus
• Experience with automation or AI is a plus (Claude, Alteryx, Domo, Google Apps Script)

Compensation

The anticipated total compensation for this role is $112,000-$156,000, depending on factors such as experience, skills, location, and internal equity.

Our total compensation package may include:

• Base salary
• Equity (where applicable)
• Annual bonus or incentive compensation (where applicable)
