• Extensive Company DMP (Company’s Demand Planner) knowledge, as well as domain knowledge of supply chain planning and forecasting
• Both functional and technical skills
• Strong communication skills (customer sometimes need clear, detailed explanations of how an issue was resolved…not simply to resolve the issue itself)
