GardaWorld Security Services in Pasadena, TX is seeking a Surveillance Security Officer to monitor CCTV and detect suspicious activity, protecting people and property across security operations centers, call centers and entry points.

The shift is Monday–Friday 1:30pm–9:30pm, with a $16.00/hour wage and DailyPay. Benefits include medical, dental and vision, 401(k) with employer matching, PTO, paid holidays, disability and life insurance, plus uniform provided at no cost.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Very Heavy Computer skills with a focus in Data Entry
• Able to pay very close Attention to Detail
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify vulnerabilities or malfunctions

As a Security Officer – Surveillance, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalated in environments such as a security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc.

• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
