Job summary

CACI is seeking an experienced Technical Scrum Master with an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph to support a Maryland-based contract. This hybrid role requires two days onsite in Sterling, VA per week and remaining days at the Maryland facility, leading Agile teams, guiding SAFe ceremonies, and ensuring delivery of features.

You will remove blockers, coordinate cross-functional teams, and report program status to PMO and stakeholders while aligning with government objectives.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• 3+ years managing IT projects in Agile environments.
• 5+ years software development or IT architecture experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• University degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile SAFe ceremonies and events for the team.
• Coach teams, remove blockers, and track velocity.
• Coordinate with PMO, Product Owner and stakeholders.
• Prepare briefings on status and progress for leadership.
• Ensure timely delivery of contract deliverables.
