RBC Bearings in Simpsonville, SC is offering a Customer and Product Trainee (CAPT) program, a nine-month salaried training for recent graduates in sales, product, and application knowledge for Dodge mechanical power transmission products.

The CAPT trainee will reside in Greenville, SC, report to the Dodge corporate office, and upon completion be assigned to a Dodge sales territory in the continental United States as a Field Sales Engineer.

• Clear, effective communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Master product knowledge and sales skills for Dodge mechanical power transmission products.
• Conduct field rides with veteran sellers to distributor branches and customer sites.
• Develop relationships and network within the Dodge organization at headquarters, manufacturing facilities, and field sales.
• Conduct presentations to demonstrate mastery of assigned topics to internal and external audiences.
• Assist with plant surveys to determine current installed product and evaluate potential replacements with Dodge products.
• Maintain reliable attendance as a core job function.
