Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient with Adobe Acrobat Pro and/or Foxit PDF Editor.
• Experience compiling and organizing documentation from multiple technical sources.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and maintain high accuracy.
• Strong analytical and document review skills to verify information for accuracy and completeness.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes, systems, and technical concepts while adapting to changing business needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build productive cross-department relationships.

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive PMA evaluation packages by collecting, organizing, and compiling information from multiple technical and commercial sources.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Product Management, and other cross-functional departments to gather and validate PMA data and IPC documentation, including shipping and tracking sample parts.
• Ensure packages contain latest revisions and maintain accuracy, consistency, and traceability.
• Maintain an organized repository of PMA evaluation packages for easy access by internal and customer inquiries.
• Research and organize technical information for HEICO IPCs, ensuring PMA data is accurate and aligned with engineering documentation.
