HEICO Corporation, located in Tampa, FL, seeks a Technical Sales Support Coordinator to develop, organize, and maintain PMA evaluation packages and IPC documentation. The role bridges Sales, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, and Product Management to gather and curate technical data for PMA part evaluations and IPC development.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and traceability across documents and revisions.

Competenze

• Proficient with Adobe Acrobat Pro and/or Foxit PDF Editor.
• Experience compiling and organizing documentation from multiple technical sources.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and maintain high accuracy.
• Strong analytical and document review skills to verify information for accuracy and completeness.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes, systems, and technical concepts while adapting to changing business needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build productive cross-department relationships.

Mansioni

• Create comprehensive PMA evaluation packages by collecting, organizing, and compiling information from multiple technical and commercial sources.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Product Management, and other cross-functional departments to gather and validate PMA data and IPC documentation, including shipping and tracking sample parts.
• Ensure packages contain latest revisions and maintain accuracy, consistency, and traceability.
• Maintain an organized repository of PMA evaluation packages for easy access by internal and customer inquiries.
• Research and organize technical information for HEICO IPCs, ensuring PMA data is accurate and aligned with engineering documentation.
