Job summary

BenQ America Corp. is hiring a Technical Sales Support Representative to drive revenue for our eB2B team in Plano, Texas.

You will serve as a technical SME, architecting solutions using BenQ hardware, software, and services, while supporting the sales strategy and customer engagements. Responsibilities include responding to client needs, creating technical collateral, maintaining stakeholder relationships from technical influencers to executive buyers, and representing the BenQ brand at trade

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Technical Sales or Inside Sales.
• Experience in consumer electronics or AV industry preferred.
• Familiarity with Magento (Adobe Commerce), HubSpot, and Salesforce.
• Ability to translate complex technology into business value for customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical SME to identify client needs and architect custom solutions using BenQ’s hardware, software, and service ecosystems.
• Execute proactive lead follow-ups and support the broader sales strategy to convert prospects into long-term national accounts.
• Partner with the Marcom team to develop technical sales collateral, messaging, and documentation for specific industry verticals.
• Build and maintain high-level rapport with stakeholders across the customer account base, from technical influencers to executive buyers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for complex customer issues, providing rapid resolution or managing escalations to technical services.
• Represent the BenQ brand at partner sites, trade shows, and industry events through live product demonstrations.
• Traveling to prospects and partner sites for installation guidance
