Job description

The Technical Sales Representative (TSR) will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction. The position involves signing up new customers for LPG gas services, onboarding them through proper vetting and training on smart meter usage, and providing exceptional customer support. The TSR will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints and ensuring safe handling of company resources and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for signing up/enrolling new customers to use LPG gas and other accessories offered by the company in their houses, preferably in the kitchen area.
  2. Verify customer identification by checking original documents and calling back on the telephone line to confirm the phone number.
  3. Execute any other duties as may be assigned by Management from time to time.
  4. Satisfactorily take the customer through the contract ahead of installation.
  5. Request the customer to rearrange the house in readiness for the cooking solution, taking ventilation into consideration.
  6. Ensure the customer/user is present at the time of installation.
  7. Perform the task of signing up customers, installation, battery change, and cylinder change as well as any other task as may be assigned by the team leader from time to time.
  8. Responsible for giving honest feedback to operations on any consumer complaints.
  9. Responsible for the safe keeping of the support resources provided by the company to ensure smooth operations in the field (Phones, PPEs, and Merchandise).
  10. Effectively communicate to customers on any information that will enhance the customer experience.
  11. Manage the delivery process as stipulated by the organization and use the required technology.
  12. Guide logistics on the locations for the new customers to support operations optimization.
  13. In charge of the volume per sales area.
  14. Manage customer service by correctly communicating any messages intended for our customers.
  15. Resolve customers' delivery concerns and escalate all matters to the responsible persons.
  16. Provide vital information to the organization regarding competitors' activities.
  17. Manage and maintain all customer accounts in each area.
  18. Responsible for the care of the LPG gas cylinders and accessories on the vehicle (TUKs, Motor Bikes, Canters, etc.).
  19. Ensure timely replenishment of used LPG.
  20. Responsible for efficient and timely delivery of orders to the intended customers, categorized into cylinders that are near depletion or new placements.
  21. Provide feedback from customers on any issues arising in a timely manner.
Requirements
  1. Diploma/Degree in any sales or related field.
  2. Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer acquisition & support.
