Job summary

Sika is seeking a Territory Sales Representative in the Orlando area to drive growth for subfloor prep and flooring adhesives solutions. You will build strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and specifiers, lead territory planning, and present hands-on demonstrations of our latest tile and flooring systems.

The role requires deep knowledge of tile installation materials, subcontractors, and architectural specs, with travel and a drive for results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years outside sales experience with proven success.
• Extensive experience with Tile and Stone Installation Systems including tiles adhesives, tiles grouts, thin-sets and subfloor preparation in commercial & residential applications.
• Ability to conduct effective product presentations and hands-on demonstrations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 package as well as Salesforce CRM.
• Understanding of architectural specifications and construction design elements.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Willing to travel up to posted geographic amount, with some overnight stays.

• Leverage Salesforce CRM updates to manage pipelines and activities.
• Support quality assurance by reporting product feedback and coordinating with Technical Service.
