  • This opportunity is a fully remote role, with supply of laptop, company phone, corporate card, and mileage paid.
  • Candidates qualify for a salary commensurate with experience, and once you meet that number, you are eligible for 100% commission. Candidates are expected to move to fully commissioned within 24 months or sooner if they choose.
  • Ideal person will have experience within the corrugate box arena, including the sales packaging materials, or listings labeled box will need background sales of capital equipment to locations.
What you'll be doing:
  • Learn and adjust as needed to the market dynamics and business drivers that define long-term commercial strategies
  • Maximize usage of internal resources to leverage knowledge of market trends and competition
  • Analyze and effectively modify pricing dynamics within accounts to maximize positive collaboration
  • Extend future account vision, and account growth plan for targeted customers by aligning market trends and customer needs
  • Be a KPI monster by executing on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Monitor profitability levels to track progress against budgeted targets and analyze monthly financial summaries
  • Manage contractual relationships and negotiate multi-year contracts
What you'll need:
  • 3-5 years of corrugated sales experience, and if applying to box facility, the sales including capital equipment
  • 2-3 years business-to-business (B2B)
  • Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations to internal and external audiences
  • Experience with Salesforce.com
