Overview

2024 was a record sales year. G-C is expanding nationwide in 2025 and looking for aggressive, smart, educated, and promotable Technical Sales Territory Managers to join our sales team in Kansas City territory. Work from home within Greater Kansas City.

Responsibilities

• Sell boiler and cooling tower industrial water treatment chemicals with unlimited commission potential.
• Maintain existing customer base and develop new business through cold calls.
• Perform technical tasks such as running chemical tests, documenting results, and interacting with mechanical equipment (pumps, tubing, piping, valves).
• Program electronic equipment such as cooling tower chemical controllers.
• Support diverse customer segments: Healthcare, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, Commercial & Institutional, data centers, Wastewater, food processors, government, and >2000 hospitals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-year technical degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Biology, Mechanical Engineering (advanced degrees preferred).
• Minimum 3 years technical sales experience related to water treatment chemicals; experience with CWT preferred.
• Knowledge of Missouri and Kansas industrial marketplace is preferred.
• Military equivalent (Navy Nuclear Propulsion, Army CBRN School) is also valued.
