As a Technical Sales Manager, you will sit at the intersection of customer needs, technical solutioning, and commercial execution—owning complex sales cycles that translate into measurable business results. This is a hands‑on, quota‑carrying position for someone who thrives in structured, data‑driven environments and is equally comfortable discussing avionics systems as they are negotiating contracts.

  • Proven experience selling to airlines, business aviation operators, MROs, OEMs, or government aviation organizations

  • Experience with avionics, aircraft systems, connectivity solutions, or aviation software products

  • Established relationships with airline engineering, maintenance, and operations teams

  • Strong technical sales acumen and ability to communicate complex concepts

  • Proven ability to manage and close complex, long‑cycle deals

  • Structured, data‑driven approach to pipeline and opportunity management

  • Willingness to travel (~50%) and strong personal accountability – required

Salary Range:

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
