Job summary

Lincoln Electric’s Technical Sales Internship Program offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven sales environment. Interns will support the sales team by assisting with lead generation, customer outreach, and sales presentations, gaining exposure to the full sales cycle.

Interns will collaborate with each region’s Technical Sales Representatives and drive two to three key sales projects. Locations include multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or have earned a bachelor's degree in STEM or Business.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. on a full-time, permanent basis without sponsorship.
• Sophomore status or higher; ability to travel for training and field visits.

Responsibilities

• Visit end users and distributors to identify key sales issues.
• Participate in hands-on welding demonstrations.
• Promote products at distributor open houses.
• Update customers on new products.
• Assist Technical Sales Representatives with training end users.
