Job summary

FEMA Corporation is seeking a Sales Engineer to support the Applications Engineering Department in Portage, Michigan. The role focuses on delivering solutions that optimize customer systems, grow production business, and expand FEMA's presence within current and new markets.

You will work closely with customers, coordinate with internal engineering teams, and lead technical discussions to translate requirements into effective product selections and competitive proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required or preferred.
• 2+ years in Technical Sales, Applications, or Product Engineering.
• Willingness to travel 25%–50% internationally and domestically.

Responsibilities

• Represent FEMA with assigned customers, establishing relationships to develop new business opportunities and increase sales.
• Translate customer inquiries and technical specs into optimized FEMA product solutions and quotes.
• Collaborate with internal Product Engineering groups to ensure customer success and provide excellent service.
