Job summary

Responsibilities

Supervise, train, and lead a team of maintenance technicians.
Ensure the group stays current with industry standards, best practices, and internal training.
Conduct regular performance reviews and corrective actions as needed.
Ensure the group’s timelines are met and customer expectations are exceeded.
Coordinate maintenance across multiple shifts and communicate across teams.
Provide coaching, mentorship, and skill-development plans for technicians.
Develop, implement, and maintain technician training plans.
Provide input to engineering to support development and continuous improvement.
Communicate policies and procedures during internal and external audits.
