Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's in engineering, chemistry, materials science, chemical engineering, or related field (must-have).
• Proven track record in customer-facing technical roles and cross-functional projects.
• Experience supporting product qualifications, plant trials, and customer-driven development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical contact for customers across insulation, roofing, gypsum, and related applications.
• Understand customer manufacturing processes, product requirements, and performance expectations.
• Support product qualifications, trials, and commercialization activities.
