The Technical Regulatory Compliance Advanced Technology Engineering Specialist supports product regulatory compliance programs by performing activities that help manage compliance risk and ensure adherence to applicable product technology, controls, and electronic components and systems regulatory requirements across intended markets. This role partners closely with product, technology, and operations teams to support the development, validation, and production of compliant products.

Top Candidates Will Have:
Experience supporting technology, controls, and electronic component and system integration product development or validation activities.
Understanding of risk assessment methodologies and experience with earth-moving machinery risk assessments, such as Bowtie, LOPA, MCSSA or others.
Experience with machinery functional safety standards such as ISO 19014 or ISO 13849 is preferred. Consideration will be given for experience with other functional safety standards, such as ISO 25119, ISO 26262 or others.
Effective spatial and conceptual design skills, and an understanding of customers’ needs and product application.
Though the focus of the job is technical contribution, project management skills may be required.
Strong analytical and technical skills, with a deep understanding of complex engineering concepts and applications.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with leaders, engineering teams, regulatory partners, and other internal and external stakeholders.
Control System Functional Safety Certification from an accredited agency or the willingness to be trained and seek this certification during the assignment.

Summary Pay Range:
$128,470.00 - $192,710.00
