Job description

We are currently looking a Technical Recruiter to support US Network Services business for Tech Mahindra Network Services International. Candidates should have a strong background in telecom, wireless and IT. This role will focus on our Telco Cloud and Core Network roles and include IT roles. Location can be remote.

The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment of all positions that fall under the Network Services Group included but not limited to 5G Core, Cloud, IT, Testing, Software Developers, RAN, SDN / NFV, Network Engineers, Transport & Systems Engineering. This is a fast paced, high volume recruiting environment and we are seeking someone with recent success recruiting in a similar environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Recruit a full req load average 20-30 requirements
  • Candidate sourcing, engagement, strategy, interview scheduling and negotiations on offers included in this role.
  • Work well in a team environment – act as internal delivery center.
  • Provide weekly / monthly / quarterly updates to Recruiting Director and Engineering Management on recruiting progress and issues
  • Strong experience with ATS
  • Develop strong relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, HR partners.
  • Work on a variety of special projects as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record of strategic and tactical recruiting in telecommunications / cloud industry
  • 5+ years’ minimum experience with Telecom / IT Recruiting. Agency / corporate experience including sourcing and full life cycle.
  • Experience with 5G / 4G LTE experience preferred.
  • Must be familiar with Immigration rules and Visa processing
  • Experience supporting large scale Vendor Management Tools preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – Strong negotiation and selling skills.
  • Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
  • Confident, responsible, mature and organized
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours when needed
  • Strong sourcing experience and network of industry contacts to use for passive candidates and referrals. Relying solely on job boards will not lead to success in this role.
  • Ability to work with and identify new recruiting channels, partners, vendors etc.
  • Provide support to other Tech Mahindra business units as well as Tech M groups from around the globe.
