Responsibilities
  • Full-cycle recruiting for Engineers across various levels, from proficient to senior to manager level
  • Partner with hiring managers to shape roles and design effective interview panels
  • Continuously build evergreen pipelines of candidates for current and future needs
  • Track recruiting metrics to optimize performance and meet hiring goals (~20 hires per quarter)
  • Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing the employer\'s mission, culture, and opportunities
Qualifications
  • Proven in-house recruiting experience in SaaS, particularly in R&D roles across all levels
  • Ability to manage 10–15 roles per quarter without sacrificing quality or speed
  • Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to partner with executives and hiring managers
  • Availability for occasional travel for meetings and company events (~1x per quarter)

  • Proven ability to use AI tools to streamline recruiting workflows and enhance candidate experience
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to report and act on key recruiting metrics
