What to Expect

  • Full-cycle recruiting for engineers across various levels, from proficient to senior to manager level
  • Partner with hiring managers to shape roles and design effective interview panels

  • Run tailored sourcing strategies using various platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Track recruiting metrics to optimize performance and meet hiring goals
What is Required
  • Proven in-house recruiting experience in SaaS, particularly for R&D roles
  • Ability to manage 10-15 roles per quarter without compromising quality or speed
  • Strong experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Availability for occasional travel for meetings and conferences (approximately once per quarter)
