Job summary

Chicago Trading Company (CTC) is seeking a Technical Recruiter on a contract basis to support hiring across our technology teams. This full-cycle role emphasizes strong sourcing and collaboration with hiring managers, within a hybrid in-office setting in Chicago or New York.

You will own searches, develop job descriptions and interview plans, and guide candidate debriefs while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in quant hedge funds or prop trading.
• Experience in both search firm and corporate environments is a plus.
• Proven ability to source proactively and build pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across technology teams.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to craft descriptions, search strategies, and interview plans.
• Lead candidate debriefs and calibration sessions with interviewers and stakeholders.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience from first contact through offer.
