Responsibilities

• Implement overall recruiting strategy that reflects company priorities and recruiting best practices and leverages historical Technomics data
• Promote Technomics very generous employee referral program internally and train staff on effective networking and recruiting techniques
• Promote Technomics reputation for being a great place to work learn and grow internally and externally
• Partner with managers to determine job requirements and qualities of an ideal candidate
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Prepare and post job announcements that will attract top talent by promoting the job and company effectively
• Source candidates through various techniques including but not limited to Technomics website LinkedIn job sites career fairs social events etc
• Source candidates through effective relationships with social and professional networks
• Keep current with sourcing strategies and industry trends
• Enhance and execute Technomics established college recruitment process
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications for suitability
• Conduct phone and face to face interviews to assess candidate knowledge technical skills soft skills experience and aptitude
• Schedule and coordinate interviews cooperatively with hiring managers
• Manage current candidate tracking system
• Establish and maintain candidate future pipeline data base
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships
• Partner with management to determine appropriate compensation packages
• Extend offers of employment within company procedures and manage the job offer including negotiation and administration
• Organize new employee orientation and onboard new employees
• Ensure regulatory aspects of the full cycle recruitment process is compliant with federal and state legislation
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting eg cost and time per hire and retention metrics to Technomics Senior Leadership team
• Continuously analyze current compensation structure to ensure internal and external market equity

Education Experience & Competencies

• Bachelors degree with 2 6 years proven technical recruiting experience for cleared positions including but not limited to DoD DOE and intelligence community
