Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for deeply technical engineering roles (mechanical, electrical, software, semiconductor, process)
- Source creatively and strategically to engage top talent across diverse markets
- Partner with hiring managers and executives to define hiring criteria and make confident decisions
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience aligned with Atomic Semi’s mission and values
- Extend offers with fluency in startup equity structures and compensation philosophy
- Maintain high standards for passion, curiosity, and maker culture in hiring
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
- 3+ years’ experience sourcing and closing candidates for highly technical engineering roles
- Proven ability to independently manage full-cycle recruiting in high-growth or fast-paced environments
- Strong candidate experience and closing strategies
- Ability to partner with senior leadership and influence hiring decisions
- Analytical, resourceful, and solutions-oriented approach
Preferred:
- Startup experience
- Familiarity with startup equity discussions and negotiations
- Experience with Ashby and Notion
