Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a contract Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles, with a focus on Product Management, Product Design, and Product Engineering in the FinTech sector. You will partner with the Head of Talent and hiring managers to define requirements and sourcing strategies, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

You will source, engage, and assess top talent, drive efficient interview processes, and report on pipeline health and hiring forecasts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience recruiting at high velocity for unique roles, specifically GTM and technical positions.
• Strong experience sourcing Product Management, Product Design, and Product Engineering talent within Financial Technology environments.
• Strong sourcing, pipeline management, and closing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches with urgency and excellence in every detail.

What You’ll Do

Partner with the Head of Talent and hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.

Source, engage, and assess top talent, with a primary focus on Product Management, Product Design, and Product Engineering profiles within the Financial Technology space.

Drive efficient interview processes and optimize hiring pipelines.
