Job summary

Boom Technology, Inc. is seeking a Technical Recruiter to help build the team that will define the future of supersonic travel. You’ll own end-to-end recruiting for engineers, manufacturing leaders, and critical hires, reporting to a high-performing TA group with founder-level visibility.

You will source creatively, protect hiring standards, and close world-class candidates who will contribute to breakthrough hardware and propulsion programs at Boom.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting engineering and technical talent, preferably in hardware or aerospace.
• Ability to build and manage a high-caliber candidate pipeline.
• Strong stakeholder management with engineers and leaders.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting from source to close.

Boom Supersonic is building the breakthrough Overture supersonic airliner and the Superpower natural gas turbine-machines that push the boundaries of physics, manufacturing, and industrial ambition.

As a Technical Recruiter at Boom, you won't merely be filling reqs. You'll be building the team that makes history.

You'll be part of a small, high-performance recruiting team responsible for building one of the most ambitious hardware companies of this century. Every engineer, every manufacturing leader, every critical hire will move through a process you help design and operate. You'll have founder-level visibility and shape the trajectory of the future of the industry.

The mission

Engineering roles at Boom are unlike anything else in aerospace or energy: designing a supersonic airliner from first principles, developing advanced propulsion systems, scaling complex hardware programs in a modern manufacturing environment, and building breakthrough industrial turbines to power the next generation of AI data centers.

Compensation

The Base Salary Range for this position is $138,000 - $174,000 per year. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
