Position Overview:

We are seeking an experiencedTechnicalRecruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for highly skilled technical professionals across defense, aerospace, and government contracting programs. This role requires deep knowledge of recruiting, and familiarity with DoD environments.

WhatYou’llDo:

• Managefull-cyclerecruiting formanufacturing, engineering,andoperationroles supporting defense and government programs (e.g.,manufacturing engineers and technicians,softwareengineers,computer vision engineers, mechanical engineers,mission operations,andtechnical operations).

• Partner closely with to understand technical requirements, clearance needs, and program timelines.

• Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking events, and direct outreach.

• Screen candidates for technical competency, cultural fit, and eligibility to work on defense-related programs.

• Guide candidates through interview, offer, and onboarding processes, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

• Maintainaccurateand compliant records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Stay current on defense labor market trends, clearance requirements, and compliance regulations (ITAR, EAR, OFCCP).

• Support employer branding initiatives and represent the organization at recruiting events, career fairs, and industry conferences.

WhatYou’llNeed:

• 3–8 years of experience in recruiting, with at least some focus on defense, aerospace,manufacturing,or government contracting.

• Start-up exposure

• Proven experience recruitingfor manufacturing, engineering, andbusiness operations.

• Experience working with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter,GreenHouse).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
