Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor’s, master’s or PhD in engineering, science or related technical field with eleven+ years of program administration experience.
• Experience applying program management principles and leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience with radar systems, SIL integration, flight & ground test activities preferred.
• Ability to coordinate technologies across requirements and develop DoD proposals.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills for interfacing with management and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead project managers executing radar development programs and cultivate radar business development opportunities.
• Plan, manage and technically perform one or more programs at a single location.
• Lead all phases of assigned programs from initiation through delivery.
• Apply established technologies to provide solutions to a variety of technical problems.
• Make decisions impacting schedule and resources, travel up to 25%.
