Job summary

Natural Plant Products LLC seeks a seasoned Technical and Quality Leader to direct technical and quality programs for premium plant-based oils. You will oversee product development, quality systems, regulatory compliance, and process improvements across production, marketing, and sustainability teams.

Responsibilities include leading new product development from concept to commercialization, ensuring MoCRA/FDA compliance, managing CAPAs, and developing technical documentation such as TDS, SDS,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, food science, biology, chemical engineering, quality management, natural sciences, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and industry experience may be considered.
• 5+ years in technical services, product development, quality assurance or regulatory affairs.
• Experience with FDA-regulated products including cosmetics, food ingredients, or agricultural products.
• Experience managing audits, certifications, and customer technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate new product development projects from concept through commercialization.
• Develop product specifications, testing protocols, and validation plans.
• Coordinate pilot trials, testing, scale‑up, and commercialization.
• Manage document control and maintain technical records (TDS, SDS, COAs).
• Provide technical support to sales/marketing and customers.
• Improve quality systems and CAPA programs; drive data‑driven improvements.
• Audit suppliers, customers, and internal processes; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor MoCRA, FDA, REACH and other applicable regulations.
