Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Textile Engineering, Chemistry, Operations Management, or related field.
• 10+ years in manufacturing, technical, quality, or engineering roles.
• Leadership experience in carpet/backing or related manufacturing environments.
• Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic technical leadership across backing and carpet manufacturing processes.
• Lead quality assurance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and mentor quality and technical teams.
• Plan and manage technical projects, MTRs, ECRs, and pilot trials.
• Collaborate cross-functional with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
