Job summary

Circet USA is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to fulfill a staff augmentation role with Circet USA’s customer. You will lead end-to-end development programs for wireless network customers, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in project/product management, 5+ years in networks/telecommunications projects, and hands-on experience with 4G/5G networks.

Qualifications

• Engineering or management degree from an accredited university; advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years in Project/Product Management related activities.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Networks and/or Telecommunications Projects.
• Experience with 4G and 5G wireless networks.

Responsibilities

• E2E Development Program Manager for the Wireless Network customers.
• Manages the customer deliverables to meet customer expectations.
• Lead and manage new product and SW feature/package development and implementation for wireless customers.
• Plans, organizes and schedules day-to-day activities to complete projects efficiently.
• Manages resources (people and equipment) for projects and activities.
• Manages risk and risk mitigation to minimize impacts to customers.
• Direct interface and communications for internal teams, management and external customers.
• Manages status reporting to internal teams, management and customers.
