- Oversee day‑to‑day field operations once underway, ensuring schedule adherence, resolving risks and escalations, and optimizing vendor performance.
- Maintain and expand third‑party installation partner relationships, ensuring performance, quality, continuity and scalability of field resources.
- Develop training enablement materials for technicians, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Computer Vision deployments and solutions, acting as the primary interface for MachineQ Operations across customers, internal teams, vendors, and solution provider partners.
- Develop and manage project plans, tracking milestones, dependencies, and performance metrics, with regular reporting to leadership and customers.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams on customer discovery, field research, design, implementation and usability insights to inform solution improvements.
- Consistently exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Maintain regular, punctual attendance; be willing to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as required.
