Job summary

MEDA Engineering and Technical Services, LLC is seeking a skilled data/engineering professional to perform screening of proactive sensing product alerts for vehicle safety and compliance. You will work with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Service, and Product Investigations to define scope, collect data, and determine actions.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, reporting, and cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical/quantitative discipline.
• 3–5 years of vehicle safety experience.
• Experience with large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
• Ability to summarize data findings clearly for stakeholders.
• Knowledge of reporting, data analysis, and visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screening technical reviews on proactive sensing product alerts related to vehicle safety and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine product scope and implications of product issues.
• Document technical review data with detail and provide rationale for escalation or closure; report status to investigators and management.
• Suggest improvements to predictive analytics logic and visualization to IT for ongoing enhancements.
