Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Technical Project Manager to own the strategy, delivery, and evolution of high-impact transactional experiences across our consumer app. You will shape architecture, guide cross-functional teams, and drive growth in browsing, checkout, payments, and fulfillment while ensuring scalable, secure platforms.

You will translate business needs into technical documentation, lead API/interface decisions, and manage metrics like latency and checkout conversion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience directing PM/tech-facing roles with system design and API specs.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and PRDs.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce, checkout, payments, and order orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for transactional platform capabilities including checkout and payments.
• Lead cross-functional squads across iOS, Android, backend, QA, design, and data.
• Define API contracts, acceptance criteria, and detailed requirements for engineering.
• Monitor KPIs like latency, success rates, uptime, and error trends.
• Collaborate on security, PCI-DSS, and privacy compliance with legal and security teams.
