Job summary

Coforge is seeking a Technical Project Manager / Program Manager to lead end-to-end AWS data engineering and application platform initiatives from Fort Mill, SC. The role requires 12+ years of experience and hands-on expertise in Data & Application management, AWS Glue, PySpark, and .NET/REST APIs within an Agile environment.

You will manage cross-functional teams across Data Engineering, .NET, Angular, QA, DevOps, and Cloud, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery and strong stakeholder

• Experience leading data & application management projects.
• Hands-on with AWS Glue, PySpark, Lakehouse, Iceberg, SQL modeling.
• Experience with .NET/REST APIs and Angular.
• Experience managing Agile/Scrum delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AWS Data Engineering and Application platform initiatives.
• Own project planning, execution, governance, RAID management, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting.
• Manage cross-functional teams including Data Engineering, .NET, Angular, QA, DevOps, and Cloud.
• Drive dependency management, release planning, risk mitigation, and project recovery for critical engagements.
• Interface with client leadership, product owners, architecture teams, and business stakeholders.

• Understanding of application development using: .NET / REST APIs, Angular.
• Experience managing Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
• Strong client-facing communication and executive stakeholder management.
