The Opportunity: We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager with deep expertise in Jira Cloud migration, agile methodologies, and enterprise cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will bring experience leading large-scale cloud adoption initiatives, with proven success in project planning, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation. This role requires strong familiarity with Jira and Confluence, a solid grasp of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex migration projects.

• Experience: 8-10 years
• Work Location: Phoenix, AZ
• Project Duration: 12+ Month Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Jira Cloud migration projects, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Utilize Jira and Confluence for project tracking, including advanced features like automation and dashboards
• Apply agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) to drive iterative project delivery and continuous improvement
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate technical and operational risks associated with cloud migration
• Collaborate with technical architects to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and solution design standards
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new tools and processes
• Provide budget oversight and ensure financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle
• Serve as an agile champion and promote best practices in product and project management

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience with Jira, including automation and project configuration
• Strong background in cloud computing (AWS or Azure) and migration strategies
• Solid understanding of technical architecture and enterprise-level solution design
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and large-scale enterprise initiatives
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Experience with budgeting, financial management, and risk analysis
• Agile mindset with hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum frameworks

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS Cloud Practitioner or Azure Fundamentals certification
• PMP or similar project management certification
• Experience in customer-facing roles and hybrid cloud environments
